With addictions, we often observe repeated patterns of behavior — and capable, successful men quietly continuing to use alcohol/drugs within ‘societal norms’, despite awareness of detrimental effects to their health.

What sets Stu’s approach to fitness apart, in my opinion, is that he explicitly names it.

He does not moralize, though spotlights self-destructive and habitual behaviors holding his clients back.

By doing so he enables these men to wake up, clean up, and rebuild the version of themselves they’ve been outrunning.

I am glad this approach exists.
